Registration & Pass ID
Yes. Hotel booking is only available to registered NMR attendees. You must complete your NMR registration before you can verify your information and reserve a room.
Your Digital Pass ID is included in your NMR registration confirmation email. It will look similar to:
NCC-NMR26-XXXXX
If you cannot find it, visit the My Pass page and follow the instructions to retrieve it.
They are two different numbers:
- Pass ID: Issued when you register for NMR.
- Hotel Confirmation Code: Issued by the hotel after you reserve your room.
You will need both during the booking process.
Hotel & Rates
The on-site hotel where attendees will stay is Travelodge by Wyndham Indianapolis, located at the Garnet Waterfront property.
The NMR venue is Garnet Waterfront, Indianapolis.
Please note that exclusive discounts are applicable only to Standard Rooms (a King or Queen bed).
The discounted NMR hotel rate applies from July 8–13, 2026. Additional nights before or after these dates may not qualify for the NMR discount.
You should select “Book & Pay Later” (or “Pay When You Arrive” if displayed). A credit card is still required to guarantee your reservation.
No. Reservations that are prepaid or paid in advance are not eligible for reimbursement or adjustment. Please choose “Book & Pay Later” when making your reservation.
Booking Verification
Returning to the NMR website allows us to link your hotel reservation to your NMR registration and confirm that your room is part of the NMR room block.
Your hotel room may be reserved, but it will not be linked to your NMR registration and the NMR discount will not be applied. Please return to the hotel booking page and complete the final step by submitting your Hotel Confirmation Code.

No. Only one reservation is needed per room. However, each attendee should still complete their own NMR registration.
